Who would you use to build Hosted Free Sites?

Are you going to order a graphic design or complete html code with descriptions?

I don't know what we'll wind up paying, but it will be the going rate for good work (defined as: the kind that link list owners will use). So far the people who've contacted me have been in the same general ballpark. I won't post their prices here though, since they didn't post them in this thread.

As far as what we'll order, it will be a mix of free site designs, some selling mostly by text and others using a bit more graphics. Graphics will incorporate some of what we already have, plus new designs I'm sure.
