I agree it is more a mental habit than a physical one. You can see all the pictures of black lungs and of people dying, ect, just dont kick in enough. Least for me.
It does'nt help that my wife smokes too. And she seems to have less willpower than me, not that I have much when it comes to smoking..lol Gotta do it and do it cold turkey it seems. ronnie |
