The patch does work -
Quit for 6 months, but packed on 40 lbs. (when you start at 160 - 40 is a lot) When they invent the smoking/weight loss patch I'll promote it forever. Quit for 5 years. Smoked for 2. Quit for 10 months, back to smoking, though at about 10 cigs a day.
