nope it doesn't mean that - it means following:
you can only submit your galleries/freesites listed on ND server to those sites; if you set up any other link your account may get closed. the reason for this is to prevent abusement of their server/bandwith for other porposes. also notice that only html, jpg and also gif files can be hosted there. |
