spanking, bondage/bdsm, fetish, odd/unusual... That's the order I'd look for.
General fetish involves a lot - so a pantie lover may be searching that category. Bondage/bdsm would probably the closest general surfer. And don't rule out odd/unusual, hits won't be there in numbers, but they can convert
