well since I think I'm a god I'll poke an answer at you... you can do pretty much whatever the hell you want within reason with your warning and I would suggest using a few of your keywords in it... the dark blue links on black backround isn't always a good combo as it is hard on the eyes and not always easy to see... and nobody is a link list god.... everybody is here to help
