Need a pop-up script

I got to say it's not what I was looking for but it's more than helpful

It's not a standard exit console. What I'm looking for is a script like many of the sponsors have. Once a surfer exit's my page a pop-up window pops out but the first window still stays, sort of You can see it but can't touch it Once You close the pop-up window first window also closes.
