Trying is the first step towards failure

I just had a thought. I read in this thread that GoD*ddy is not willing to honor a printed receipt as proof of a WM having registered a domain. My thought was that IF the domain purchase was made with a CC, wouldn't that constitute fraud on the part of GD?!? The CC transaction date would be "set in stone" on bank records and CC statements and, provided the WM in question has a copy of GD's terms (X dollars for one year), I would think that would be proof positive of the original registration... and how could GD ignore a CC transaction?
Like I said just a thought... maybe it'll be enough to save somebody having to go through nine miles of bullshit to get their domain back
