I had that happen last week, over a few day period. Had to blacklist each individual domian.
To answer Neticule's question - The people doing these things think that they are very clever, but after you've reviewed for awhile you begin to see patterns in name/email pairing, directory structure, filenaming, and general gallery characteristics. In order to submit that many galleries that quickly, you've got to have a system in place which obviously involves mass production. It's just a matter of time before the reviewer picks up on the similarities from submission to submission. It's like CSI without the DNA testing.
