wow, is it normal to take like 15-20 minutes to complete a submission ? Over at greenguys it took 2 minutes, at richardsrealm it didnt even complete and tommys-bookmarks took 15 minutes sharp.

No thats not normal.. you arent exaggerating are you? I have never had a problem with any of the three linklists you just mentioned. Some of the big ones take a little longer than normal, from time to time, but thats like 2 minutes tops.
