My rich neighbor has one. He doesn't have any programs installed on the computer except for the iApps and stuff that comes with a Mac so it's had to really get a feel for what can be done with this much desktop space.
Most web sites, including my stuff, look ridiculous on it if you surf with the browser full screen.
He uses everything full screen, even something like an open/save dialog.
