If you are going to link to an FPA, it better be a high traffic page that is willing to give you a prominent link back, or else it's just a traffic leak. Hard links are a relationship that should hopefully benefit each party in some manner.

I agree. I would also like to point out that this is the second time in as many days that I've seen UW make an entire post without saying anything offensive.
