I know what you mean about feeling bad for some of these guys. I've landed a couple of wales over the last year and it always scares me to see how much they'll spend in an evening (also makes me smile ).

I've been using Pornication live feeds for about a year and converted them well. They use a credit system that works as follows:

Cost - Credits
$25 - 21
$50 - 42
$75 - 63
$100 - 83

Model type - Show type - Credits Per Min
Standard model - Private - 5
Standard model - Semi private - 2
Duo - Private - 7.5
Duo - Semi private - 3

They do bothe straight and gay cams and pay 20% (40% if you allow upsells to their paysites).
