Awstats, who uses it and whats your likes and dislikes from it.

Are you guys hosting your own server? Or with a company? I think that may be the issue. If your getting hosted someplace you should call them cause they are not giving you all the functions of that software. Or maybe its a linux/unix thing. I get all this info

When I installed this it was some what easy and most of the functions that come with it standard were just either a 1 or 0 to enable. If your hosting company is not enableing everything well I dont think thats right cause i Know most people have to pay for the stats service and should get every stat that the software offers.

I'm doing both. With the webhosts, I load my own copy of Awstats and setup the conf file myself.
