Just so you know, the link is not linked right in your post..

Lots of big ads, might have trouble getting trades. I am curious, how does the site look on say, 800 wide? I am taking it is a tgp? Took some time to load for me. Could look better in my opinion, looks like stuff was just thrown on the page, not real good layout.

Many of the thumbs look blurry or out of proportion, stretched, skewed, ect.
