You can always post here and ask why you were rejected. Some link list even have official threads just for this purpose. BTW I do send rejection emails with the reason why it was rejected, if that email is ignored and you continue to submit and haven't fixed the problem then I just hit the delete button.

I too send out rejection/acceptance mails. But, many of the larger link sites simply don't have the time to do so...

Posting here is a great way to find out why your sites weren't listed. It's also a great way for others to see what does and does not make the cut
