hello
well cogent is supposed to be the 'cheap' one, i dont know the EXACT reasons why ppl said it's shitty, but from our hosting experience, i can say we never got it, and usually ISPs sell that one cheaper. if you're looking for a good host, i reccommend Oxeo have fun!
