Pulling Free Sites Because Of 2257? Post The Info Here

Most Link Lists will NOT be blacklisting for 404's & 302's over the coming month or so with the 2257 thing - but it's always nice to let the people that are linking to you know before you pull the sites.

So just to be on the safe side, if you're pulling your Free Sites, post the domains here so that Link List owners can search & remove your listing before they go 404 or 302.

I will be removing content JUST from the roots of a couple domains to make hubs.. plus the sites are old and was never listed at most places anyway and the ones that did have purged them

And also will be replacing content on about 10 - 15 old GIM ARS sites with there content but not for solely 2257 reasons... Will post all the urls of those sites - man were they raw..

I have asked M3Server to completely shut
down www.quest4porn.com (not even going to re-new registered name) the 1st of June. On quest4porn.com it is all sponser content and getting the required docs is pretty impossible...

I will be redoing and removing sponser content from sinsexual-porn.com, but NOT until June 22nd, I downloaded all the files from the server and fixing them on my local drive (Plus coping them incase this gets over ruled in court) and I'll up load all the files June 22nd.
On sinsexual-porn.com I have some bought content where I do have the required docs, though I will dump the sponser content sinse linking to the primary producer is no longer allowed.


I would also like to say I hope Everyone the absoule best out of all this crap. This is one of those things that the Adult industry just goes through from time to time, we will over come... but (as everyone agrees) be prepared...

Findpics, link2x, and other link sites and tgps I operate are set on a strict "remove dead sites, don't blacklist" for the next 60 days or so. If you have to pull a site, I will not be blacklisting you.

Hi GreenGuy you mean that some link lists will be blacklisting domains that have to pull sites because they cant get the documentaion needed to comply with the new 2257 regs??

Fred - I have to assume that some Link Lists & TGP's will go about business as usual & blacklist as they have in the past - I haven't heard anyone come out & say it in public, but you know it'll happen.

well that's interesting I just assumed that everyone would understand that webmasters would have to do this if they cant get the documents needed to comply with the new regulations.

I will not be adding anyone to my ban list for pulling stuff over the next few months.

In fact I've personally taken advantage of this grace period to delete some directories of some really old stuff that I no longer wish to have online. I actually doubt that anyone had links to this stuff but there is always the chance that someone did.

yeah cleo good idea, like I said its a good time to replace old sponsor content on some old learning sites I made and I hate to delete sites if I can help it and I didnt have a ton of then anyway.. I hope this 2257 shit will get knocked down or atleast be easy on us..

As far as blacklisting - sure there will be some of the overseas WMs that run some of the larger TGPs and LLs that will ban when the stuff goes 302/404 whatever - there's a bunch of them that dont have a concern whatsoever in this matter.

I will post the list as soon as I have it narrowed down to which ones really matter for my galleries and sites

I guess I should have added - I wonder how the AVS's are going to handle all of these sites going 302 on them - I know Ive got a shitload of them that still produce and there is no way I can get docs on the pics - hell the content producers havent been in biz for 5 years.

I did get a few notices from some of the AVSs that some of my sites had gone 404. Not surprising since I deleted the entire directory of AVS sites that I had built. It's been years since I had built an AVS site and didn't even know that anyone still had them listed.

Linkster, so you had a few of my old sites still listed.
For the last few years everything that I've built is in one directory and I pretty much killed all the other directories since that meant they were well over 2 to 3 years old. With the way sponsors have come and gone or changed their link codes a little housekeeping goes a long way into solving the problem of having links that are no longer making money and are basically sending free traffic to sponsors.

Maybe we all should have an once a year an amnesty month for webmasters wanting to clear out old stuff.
