How can you tell if a sponsor uses cookies for tracking?

Thanks for the info. Most of the sites I promote are ccbill sites and I have a good amount of nocookie traffic; I was considering redirecting it to a page with sponsors who don't rely on the cookie tracking method.

But Cleo you say that ccbill also uses url tracking, so am I wrong to think that I wouldn't be given credit for a referred sale made to a ccbill site if the browser didn't support cookies?
