Definitely not changing the way we do business here - still linking to whatever sites get submitted - if they get approved they go through more scrutiny than DOJ could ever do
As far as "major entry points" and what pages need the statement - you might read the comments that DOJ posted with the approved text, as they say exactly what they consider where the statement is required
One thing that has been missed by most and is a requirement is that the link to your new page that has the documentation cannot just say 2257 - it has to say "18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance
Statement" - this is a specific requirement in the regs that did stay in. I noticed a lot of people just put a little link saying 2257 or 2257 statement - the words above have to be on that link and in whatever size they specify for that page
