Whereas I would never buy a house that has wheels and a hitch. At least I hope not.

course its my second home that is parked waiting to be dragged to mardi gras ![]() http://www.linkforsex.com/home/DSC00021.JPG of course the real house is much nicer: http://www.linkforsex.com/home/DSC00018.JPG Ramster - I would have to agree that for just the AC coil to be replaced - you could pick up the part and then just have a plumber come over to install it and remove the old one - and then get the AC guy to recharge the system |

Linkster, nice setup you have there.
![]() Neighbors are a good thing. The guy across the street buys and sells a lot of homes, it's his living now. So I ask him if he has an AC guy. He laughs and tells me that Dennis right there (3 doors down) is an AC guy, runs his own company. So he's doing the whole thing for $1200. PS. I took UW's advice of using towels. It's only water leaking on the floor and not enough incentive to leave the AC off. It hit 86 in the house yesterday after we got home from camping so I had to turn it on, that's just too hot for sleeping. |
