Total and complete bullshit. I am stunned that the DOJ even agreed to such a far-flung "agreement". I'm even more stunned that the FSC proposed such an agreement after stating in public that they "represent the adult entertainment industry".
<uncharacteristic rant> Newsflash FSC guys... the adult entertainment industry stretches far beyond the reach of FSC's membership base, and what's good for one should damned well be good for all. Fuck your inflated membership prices! I find it rather ironic that the word "free" is in your name, but you don't seem to understand the basic concept of the word. From where I'm sitting, you are suggesting that American WMs should pay a hefty price for our constitutionally-granted rights to privacy and commerce or be treated like pond scum... in other words, it's blatantly all about the bling.
