In still photos, in the absence of soundtrack or back story, it's conceiveable that bondage with penetration could be argued to be r@pe since the person bound cannot physically avoid being penetrated. As a lifestyler myself, I well understand that it's not r@pe and can in fact be a whole lot of fun, but I accept the possibility of the arguement in the United States of The Bible Thumpers. I also understand (Canadians correct me if I'm wrong) that in Canada it's specifically illegal. Does anyone have any hesitation listing bondage sites with penetration?

I am not sure if it is specfically illegal in Canada but I do know that I've never seen it in a video store in Toronto. Bondage yes, bondage with hardcore sex, no. I've never seen scat or animals either. Peeing seems to be okay. Like the US it also depends where you are. I bet you can get away with a lot more in Montreal or Vancouver than in Toronto or Wawa!
A lot of our obscenity law is based on case (common) law. Hardcore was technically illegal until a few (10-15?) years ago. An owner of a chain of adult video stores was charged with breaking federal obscenity laws but his movies were screened and approved by the provincial (like a state) government. The Supreme Court ruled if the provinical government said the movies were okay then he broke no law. Since then the police charge virtually no one accept for sellers of CP.
Video taping 80 guys ejaculating on a woman's face okay -- one man fucking a tied up woman who wants to be fucked not okay. Go figure.
