Tiny, wrong.

You cannot control what is on destination sites. You made a good faith effort, and that's it.

At worst, you need a "terms of service" that indicates that you are not responsible for the content of linked sites. You cannot have a 2257 page for content you do not control.

You are NOT the publisher of these other sites. Your responsiblitiy starts and ends on your server.
