Well, there's the resources button at the top of this page that has lots of good stuff.
 And MadMax has made a great glossary of adult webmaster terminology on his (excellent) site Fetish Philes, and there are tutorials there as well. You can also find a bunch of newbie-oriented tutorials at Cozy Academy. There's a ton of research involved in this business but lots of people are willing to help and you're not alone. Keep reading and learning though and it will start to make sense! Good luck
