Selling the house

No townhouse, no garage. Well I am going to move to a house. I ran over my bills last week and should have no issues now with buying one. I'm going to move closer to the shore. I grew up on the beach here and just miss it like crazy, all my friends still live there and I just want to go back to where I grew up. Middletown NJ about 5 minutes to sandy hook beach. I realized last week me and nicole are just missing out on to much with all my friends. A couple have homes on the beach there and even tho it's only 30 minutes drive we never go see them or take them up on offers to come over. My friends still like to party (older style) lol sit around and BBQ and drink. A 30 minute drive on an interstate is just to much. I would be sitting there thinking of the drive home so I could not really have fun. Well thats were I'm going. 8k a year in taxes 300k 2 bedroom homes, but screw it, its so much nicer there.
