so if you pay 10c per click and get 300 clicks its $30, is this real SE traffic, in that case you should be able to convert better than 1:300, what are your thoughts??

If you want my opinion, paying 10 cents a click is ridiculous. I'm sure there are exceptions, but you'd have to have extremely targetted traffic to make it profitable.
