In my opinion, you need to add much more content that doesn't directly promote a sponsor. Every entry I see on the main page is pushing one site or another. There's no small talk, no casual lesbian monologue. Blog readers expect more than a never ending sales pitch. Blog first, then sell. With blogs, the sales pitch should appear secondary.
