I love the concept of Class Action Suits.

Find 5,000,000 people that are all owed $20, settle the case for $10 per person, take 80% in legal fees, then another 10% in processing fees, earn $45,000,000 and send out a post card to people telling them that if they want thier $2 check to please send a letter to request the 45 page questionaire that will get them that $2 they're owed.

99.9999% of adult sites have a relationship with the PSP not the bank - so if this was to go through the PSP would see the windfalls.

Services like CCBill are bundled with loads of value add, this helps justify the rates they demand.
