I'm interested in goldenholes and sashasprivates.
Nice career move AW. But how long till the bubble bursts? Not to be a party pooper, just something to think about. When this overheated real estate market drops (i.e when intrest rates start rising significantly) you will find it hard to find buyers for the flood of homes that will come onto the market. Dont let the windfall of money you make over the next year blind you into thinking it will never end. BE Prepared.
