How often are you using the template? If you're using the template too often its bound to get rejected, not only at RR, but probably a lot of other tgp's you're submitting to.

I used the template once before and it got rejected at the second time.

I got an answer to my e-mail soon from David and the problem is solved now. And again: I can´t complain on the traffic. So it´s a good deal, I think.
