Where Were You 9/11/2001 ?

I was at the office when the news came on the radio that a plane had hit one of the towers. I remember one of my co-workers saying "damn now we can't go on that tower" (we were going to go to NYC 2 weeks later). Little did he know this was the start of a much larger thing.

actually, 09.11.01 was the first day of my USA roadtrip (I live in Europe).. day before that, me, and 2 friends of mine bought this Ford Econoline van in Napa Valley, and were planing to drive to NYC in next 30 days.. we woke up at the parking lot of a local Wall Mart, went in to grab some breakfast, and saw it on the TVs ... I remember thinking "No way the 3.rd one is starting and I am so fucking far away from home!!?!?" ...
