Site title is too long for some places - try to stick to 3 or 4 words max.
Mouseovers on your banners will probably improve Click Through Ratio (CTR) The banners could be deemed blind by some LLs - esp http://www.jism.ca/freesite/ftv/1/468x60_2_alison.gif - add text and link it only if you're unsure Same goes for the unlinked banner on the front page That being said - it'll be listed at Sch when we get to it
