MS Outlook Express question

Well two things...first is you seem to have grouped messages on...sorta like a newsgroup thread. To remove that simply in the main toolbar go to view > current view > and uncheck group messages by conversation..
Second thing in the inbox window click on the toolbar on the word received, that will make the default view by received date rather then by from who sent it.
If the list is backwards from the way you like it (either with the newest at the top or at the bottom) simple click on received again and it will reverse the sort
