The 9pm curfew is for people south of Southern Blvd. North of Southern Blvd has no curfew. So, your mom is all set for strip gin rummy.
So, when I take the mail out to the mailbox in a few minutes, I'll be breaking the law as I step onto city property.  Glad she's ok -- you might let her know about the rummy. Meatpounder, I think the condo association would have had a hard time keeping me from running a generator.
