My first Site, please review (pay & gay)

Hi there,
I am brand spanking new!
2 months ago I launched my first site.
It's a member's site featuring straight men. It's original content and features movies and photo sets. I also have an option to view the movies a'la carte for those who don't wish to join membership sites. Since Sept, when I launched I have 200 members and as of Oct the site was able to support itself(ads/hosting/model fees). I have run a few ads on menonthenet.com. Other than the advice of my Adult Entertainment Attorney, and looking at other sites in my genre, I haven't had any "outside" advice and would like some, please!
I think that the way I figure my conversion ratio is to take my unique sessions and divide that by membership sales, if that is the correct formula my conversion ratio is 180:1
I need some advice for other places to advertise & affiliate programs.
