Offering a Partner Account for all board members

Last I saw Scott was selling TheBigDork.com, so I doubt he's adding new partner accounts.

I've still got it and excepting partners. Now that the fall semester is over I have a little more time on my hands to update things. Still no buyers interested so I'll keep plugging along =)
