I´m sorry if I offended your support, didn´t want to do that. I was only speaking generally about my experience with some major affiliate programs. 24/7 support isn´t necessary, of course. It´s OK if a question is answered during common business hours.
I´ll have a look at your program and maybe I can be more specific then.
