ICRA tags by no means is a silver bullet, for one because its a self-rating system, but if all webmasters used them, it would be a big step in the right direction.
I will admit though sometimes I'm too lazy to use the tag. By the way, ICRA updated their tag. I have no clue whether the old tags are obsolete or not, but I do know the old tags I generated for my sites a year ago won't pass the ICRA validation test.
