I allways dreamed of owning a huge property with a stream running through it
I know this sounds stupid but I would love to build a dam and generate electricty from it put a temp dam and pipes in to reroute the water exavate the dam area pour concreate, run the pipes and setup the turbines I could spend the rest of my days messing with the dam and be a very happy man
