I have "strap-on" and "lesbian group sex" as sub-cat's which seems to work rather well.

I have had lesbian teens and lesbians with toys for abut 6 months on privateholes.com just to ease some pressure of the main lesbian category. Other than that, I'm not sure it do any good.
