Help with setting up VOD and membership site

Just started up a new site www.rumbelinas.com. Pretty bare right now as we are just accumulating content of girls wrestling. Second shoot is this Sunday. Now have 15 girls signed up to fight.

Will be marketing the fights on DVD but want to offer VOD and/or set up a membership site but am very new to this aspect of the biz. Willing to listen to any advice or offers. Want to get this on the go ASAP.
