there should only be one hosts file in the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC directory normally and it would be hosts without an extension (no .txt or anything) and can be opened with notepad or wordpad

Depending on your settings in Spy Sweeper anytime you restart or shut down the computer it will rewrite the hosts file and insert those lines that you may edit out to be able to get to ars etc.

I see what you are saying on dozens of domains but nothing for adultrevenueservice.com. Nothing even close.
