Linking to another site from a freesite

I have discussed this with hubby and decided to take your advice UW. Instead of selling links off the freesites directly, I will be selling them from the hub/hubs that I will build up (and am building up). I have almost always added a link from at least the warning page, often from all pages of a freesite, to one of my own sites, to build up traffic and PR. Sometimes that site I linked to doesn't even have too much content on it yet, and will be developed down the road.

I think I will develop them now with the thought of maybe selling some link spots there (so keeping them with relatively few outgoing links in general - not a link farm).

Most of my freesites have got PR3, but here are the ones that have PR4 -

I've only been doing this for 3 months now, so only submitted about 20 sites before the last toolbar update. Six of those got PR4, the rest are at PR3
