Just bought a domain, did i get taken?
I just bought i-love-you.com ..... what do you think it's worth? I just want to see if I got taken or not, heh.
It has 160+ links in search engines as well, not sure if that counts for much. -Jason  |

check out what your 160+ links are for and go with that, ie, if they are mostly for lesbian midget porn then use it to promote lesbian midget sites

paid $50 for it as it's about to expire. i figured i couldn't lose for 50 bucks on a term that is so well known, even with hyphens.

is almost impossible to put a value on a domain name because you have to factor in the persons marketing skills.

Pretty much what Cleo said. But I'd probably pay fifty dollars for it easily myself if I wasn't so lazy as to end up doing nothing with it and wasting the money. It is somewhat catchy, probably porn isn't exactly the best utilization for it tho. Mainstream or "semi-mainstream". Lots of stuff you could do. Sell out sub-domains and put up basic templates with pictures (provided by users) and a custom message for customers on subdomains like Vickie.i-love-you.com for $20 a pop or whatever. Ok, that's a bit corny, but you get the point. Your imagination. Good luck with it. |
