There were many threads in these forums about that issue when the 2257 mess hit the fan last year. Part of 2257 was to make anyone publishing images to the web a secondary producer...thereby requiring that person to maintain model records and use their own information on 2257 delarations on their sites.

Since 2257 was challenged in court, the secondary producer component is effectively on hold. So, I think most webmasters are back to status quo for now...listing their content provider as 2257 detail (sponsor content would likely use the sponsors 2257 info).

All that said, I'm no lawyer and the 2257 issue is far too complicated to explain in a few lines. I'd strongly suggest you search these forums and others for more information on the subject and find your own comfort zone. Note that finding your comfort zone may require contacting a lawyer versed in 2257.
