If you have a copy of your pre-Strongboxxx .htaccess file, all you need to do is rename the one you're using now to something else and put your old .htaccess file back for now. That will put you back on your old login method.
(Note: I'm just a user, so please check with Ray for what to do to fix the real problem.)

Hey! Cool I appreciate you just posting as I can't seem to get help from anyone today lol
Ok I found my last .htaccess ... but I'm not sure about one line in it...is that have to do with strongbox? is a folder in the cgi-bin In my memembers area there is no htaccess but there is a file called [ So do I just put the htaccess in the memebers folder?
