As far as being honest in a review its key, dont look at a review site as a way to "fluff up" every review you write as your surfers well get the jist of whats going on. Be honest, and you'll get trust from your readers and they wil sign up to sites which you think are really worthwhile.

absolutely, when I first started in jan I told everyone I talked to I'm in it for the long haul and that means complete honesty with the surfers and my fellow webmasters. I am going to offer very detailed reviews on a specific growing niche, and give the sites a chance to redeem themselves, if one part of their site sucks really bad, I'll say it, but on the other hand , if another part of their site is great I'll mention that too. It goes both ways.
