Some questions before I start

Awesome, thanks lots MrYum!

With my no.6 point, popups on error pages, I was mainly thinking about giving something to people who's snooping around where they shouldn't... but I guess it's stupid to risk a backfire in case of a mistake on my part.
I've been hit with those a few times myself

and I figured that it's used since it makes extra sales... but maybe it isn't worth it.

I'll look more into the 2257... I'm more concerned with doing things right legally than what LL's may require on this one.
I don't need no swat team busting down my door, taking my HD's
