I have never seen any game where the offense pressed the entire game, including the entire 30 mins of overtime and lost.
could not agree more ... too bad that better of those two lost ... but that's football. And since majority here dislike Italy (who knows why!?!?) I got to say they played very good against Ukraine hell this may be the first real game they have played on WC

stuveltje ... give me Your predictions for today's games I'm gonna bet and it seams that You get it better that I do

Vivaldi....Brazil wins today over France. And because Portugal is decimated due to that horribly officiated last game, they will lose to England. It will be England vs. Brazil and of course Italy vs. Germany. Which means 'ciao' to Italy so that Germany could square off against Brazil (sorry England, Brazil is just on a whole different level) which means that then the officiating will get the call from the MAFIFA that a European team cannot lose on European soil which ultimately means that the Naz er, I mean the Germans will win the WC.

in 1998 france and brazill ended both in the final, france won the WC with 3-0, so it an be possible that the frenche can win the game of brazill, it all depends if those realy lazy brazill guys are going to move their ass today, because the last game they didnt realy move( or was that the game before that one) it was like they thought: oke we know we gonne win this, we just need to move when its the right time, first goal was a right one but the second one ...well was an stupid decision of the ref. The frenche are going to fight for it i am sure. The temp is great for the brazillian guys i think its about F80 there now in germany.still i cant say who will win i think france does make a good chanse it depends on the moods of both teams...do they have a lucky day today

At least Ukraine tested the Italian defense which has been the toughest in the WC so far. Ukraine should go home proud as they played well.

That was a brutal game. While Rooney should have shut the fuck up a red card was not needed unless the ref warned him that he'd get one if he kept freaking out and I think that's what may have happened.

Sad to see my favourite team lose but a well deserved victory by France. Brazil didn't impress me much this WC, I'm betting on a Germany-France final

BTW, TY France for scoring the only goal while I was taking a leak lol

So - now it looks like a France/Germany matchup??
I'm thinking Germany. But I'm wondering the stats of host teams winning the cup?

Host teams seem to have an edge with most doing better then they're expected to do. Of course it wasn't a big factor in the USA because most of the fans were from some place else.

Germany has also played stronger then the Italians but it appears the referees have made some very favorable judgement calls in favor of the Italians. The Germans can beat Italy on German soil but I don't know if they can beat the referees.

I'll be cheering for Germany unless Italy ends up winning on Tuesday in which case I'll be sheering for France because they've simply played out standing football.

as soon as Bra-Fra begun I turned my cheering to France cause they have Zidane ... too bad I couldn't change my betting ticket but the again I was happy to see those spoiled rich stars waking out with their heads down. Don't get me wrong on this I really do believe each one of them is a great played but I think they were full of themselves and it bumped their head. I hope Ronaldihnio will start thinking of football next time not what goes with his shorts :-)

so ... I'll try not to talk about football 'cause what ever i have said so far was wrong. Instead I'll cheer for Zidane!!!
